Declare DOMICILE relationship to owner e.g. Tenant Contract, live-in ORDINARILY resident

Why you should contribute to MLPORA

Your enrolment as a member substantially strengthens our ability as an association to represent this community.

Step 2: After registering your enrollment, you will receive a voluntary contribution invoice with our banking details.

 

Contributions to MLPORA is voluntary, but kindly consider that budgetary constraints of the municipality leave ratepayers and residents with no option but to self-fund to keep basic services going within MLPORA.  To this end, the Association need your baseline contribution in order to keep-up these services in your interest.  An annual invoice will be issued to you as a household and we request that you pay it promptly.  

 

As you are aware, MLPORA has adopted additional projects for which fundraising efforts are ongoing.  This includes the ongoing caseload to prevent illegal land use and lodge objections against development plans that will erode the residential nature of MLPORA.  Any special contributions, fundraising sponsorship and project seed funding ideas, are also very welcome.

 

MLPORA’s financials and all other documents of the Association are available at anytime on request.  A set of financials statements for the year ended together with a budget proposal for the ensuing year are also tabled for approval at the annual general meeting.  

Pay an annual, voluntary contribution of R500 per household / R2'000 per registered business to MLPORA | ABSA Cheque | Acc nr: 9071213740. Please email your proof of payment to info@mlpora.co.za together with your name, surname, cell number, street no, Unit no (where applicable) and street name.
